OOH Campaign for tend, your new favorite dentist
People aren’t shy about how much they hate the dentist. It’s a trope. So when I was tasked with creating a campaign for Tend, we had some work to do to change hearts and minds (and mouths).
Any good campaigns is more than just a clever line. It’s a chance to live your brand promise, create space for customers to see themselves in your narrative, and let them know why they should care.
To capture attention in crowded out-of-home spaces, we paired evocative lines with strap lines that paid off on the real value of the service.
Inspired by real testimonials, this campaign listened to where people were and met them there, lowering CPA, increasing conversion rate and boosting brand affinity. That’s something to smile about.
